Dream Villa Lake Villa at the Britannia Lake
The house Lake Villa, located in a quiet residential area has a fantastic view from the pool area across the lake.
The pool area was only renovated in 2012 and additionally equipped with a whirlpool.
The Villa provides all the amenities of a modern household. The furnishings and equipment is kept very light and friendly.
You will feel very comfortable in this villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Even a pool table, as well as two bicycles and a large boat dock for a rental boat or simply as an additional sun deck are available.
Another feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment plant.
For the water treatment of, with fresh (sweet) water filled, pool no liquid chlorine is used, but by a salt electrolytic plant chlorine gas is generated, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.
