Wir waren bereits vor Ian in diesem Haus zu Gast. Es war damals sehr schön und ist durch die Renovierungen noch besser geworden. 
Wir hatten wieder eine ganz tolle Zeit. Der Ablauf mit CCVS wie gewohnt Spitzenklasse, gleiches gilt für die Hausverwaltung vor Ort.

We were already guests in this house before Ian. It was very beautiful at the time and has become even better with the renovations.
We had a great time again. The process with CCVS is top class as usual, the same applies to the property management on site.

1st Ever Vacation Rental Home vacation and it was truly a 5 Star experience from beginning to end as we stay nine nights.
The home is welcoming and perfectly designed for relaxation, cooking, and overall fun family activities from the pool & hot tub to the indoor game room, to the paddle boards and kayak experience on the canals.
We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone. APL

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Water View. The house is amazing and has everything you need for a great stay. The owners have really thought of things that you would need when on vacation which was great for our two week stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The pool and lanai are fantastic, with a great wide view of the canal and the sunsets over the water at night are beautiful. Our kids spent so much time in the pool and just loved it, we grilled out a lot and ate by the pool. There is a games room and a ping pong table which the kids loved, and also bikes in the garage. You can bike over to Cape Coral harbor in ten minutes from the house, its a nice ride and there are bike lanes and sidewalks for kids to ride in. Check out the French Press coffee shop over there. There is beach equipment so if you are flying in as we did, there is no ned to buy anything. This is a residential area and not a resort area, so you will need to drive to those places and to the beaches. We found that the nicest beach area was Sanibel Island, which is a 50 minute drive, you have to visit this place. We also recommend you visit Naples (1 hr 10 min drive) and Marcos Island (1 hr 20). Fort Myers is a 40 minute drive, but we didnt get there. For those of you concerned about the payment structure as it is different to US based companies, I can only vouch for our own personal experience and say we paid through Paypal which eased our concerns and did receive our deposit back. The electric cost was not bad at all for 2 weeks, which was something else we were concerned about when researching places to stay. The CCVS team were very helpful and responsive. We cant wait to return to this lovely home!!

Villa Water View is the perfect vacation rental!  It is a beautiful home, with every possible option for relaxation, fun and great memories.  The house is perfectly decorated and furnished.  The kitchen has everything you could possibly need.  The pool area, along with the patio furniture and lounge chairs were very inviting and always in use.  They have nice beach towels, along with beach chairs and umbrellas for trips to the beach.  The house sits on a quiet canal and includes kayaks and paddle boards.   I cant say enough about this rental property!  Our vacation was even better because this house is so nice.  Every member of our family wants to go back!  We appreciated the opportunity to rent such a perfect home.  

Wir genossen 3 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem absolut schönen Ferienhaus. Uns hat die grosse Küche sehr beeindruckt. Auch die grosse Polstergruppe und der grosse TV mit vielen Programmen haben wir sehr genossen. Das Pool ist und die Aussicht sind auch perfekt. Wir können diese Villa zu 100% weiter empfehlen, alles wirklich perfekt und wunderschön. Auch die Abwicklung war perfekt. Danke!

... dann wird diese schöne Villa ja noch mehr gebucht, und es wird immer schwieriger selbst einen freien Termin zu finden.
Also, schon aus dem vorherigen Text sollte hervorgehen, dass wir sehr zufrieden waren mit dem Aufenthalt in der Villa Water View. Alle im Internet hinterlegten Bilder entsprechen zu 100 % der Realität. Die Villa ist gepflegt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und für jegliche Aktivität gerüstet. Ob es die Fahrräder, die Kajaks, die komplette Strandausrüstung sind, ... alles vorhanden, und absolut neuwertig.
Abgerundet wurde bei uns das ganze noch durch die Vorort-Betreuung durch Sven Mahnke.So freundlich, so verbindlich, so hilfsbereit ... ja, wir kommen wieder, versprochen !
