On the spacious pool terrace, you can enjoy the Florida sun first thing in the morning over a leisurely breakfast. The private pool is complemented by a hot tub that invites you to relax. The stylish lounge area with an outdoor TV ensures cozy moments outdoors—the perfect spot for social evenings.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to six adults. Guests have access to three tastefully furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want and provides everything you need for a wonderful stay.
Especially family-friendly: We’ve even thought of our youngest guests. A pool safety fence, a crib, a high chair, and various toys are already provided for you, ensuring a relaxing vacation with your children.

Another feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment plant.
For the water treatment of, with fresh (sweet) water filled, pool no liquid chlorine is used, but by a salt electrolytic plant chlorine gas is generated, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.
