The large living area is open plan with a dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
There are three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms.
From the covered terrace with the pool you also have a fantastic view of the canal. Occasionally you can see turtles, fish and manatees here.
A dining table, four chairs and bench, gas barbecue and sun loungers are available.
The boat dock with a tiki hat is also ideal For sunbathing or hiring a motorboat or sailing boat.
Two Trek mountain bikes are also available For sporty tenants.
