Villa Florida Sunset - Fantastic sunsets
The six-person villa is situated in a beautiful residential area in the popular southwest of Cape Coral.
The large terrace offers plenty of space and is beautifully furnished for a pleasant stay. The pool is inviting for refreshment and can even be fitted with a safety fence for toddlers on request.
The villa was completely re-furnished in 2014, all very nice bright furniture, also the kitchen is very high quality and completely equipped. In 2020, further improvements were made. Among other things, there are now two bedrooms with king size beds.
The villa is situated on the canal and has ist own dock, where you can rent a boat or just enjoy the sun all day long.
For sportive guests there are bicycles, Kayaks, fishing, dumbbells and even a ladies and men's golf set.
