A unique villa for boat lovers situated in ideally quiet location on Pine Island. After a short way without locks you are with the corresponding boat on the open water ready for the ride to the many beautiful islands.
The villa has two bedrooms each with private bath, plus an open plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
But the most beautiful is the stay on the large shady terrace and balcony with a heated pool, which is connected to a Hot Tub. Plenty of patio furniture and sun loungers are available.
Additional leisure opportunities besides the boat are three kayaks, two bicycles, table tennis, table football, darts and a cross trainer. Space for this is in a private "game room".

The insurance companies do, however, require an instruction in how to handle such boats.
Skipper liability insurance is not required for US and Canadian citizens!
Please fill up exclusively with marine gas (ethanol-free petrol).
Petrol containing ethanol can cause damage to boat engines.
A Deposit insurance and towing insurance is recommended.
A sea tow towing insurance has to conclude locally over the captain
