The villa was completely renovated and refurnished at the end of 2022 with completion in January 2023
Villa Melina's ideal location, with direct water access and new boat dock, allows you to reach the Caloosahatchee River by boat in minutes. Kayaks are available for use. You should definitely rent a motorboat separately.
Also the beach and the pier of Cape Coral, as well as shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike in a few minutes, even by foot.
