The master bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet, large master bathroom with double washstand, Jacuzzi tub, shower and separate toilet has also direct access to the pool area.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, two dressers with ample drawer space and a bed site table as well. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds, a dresser with mirror as a bed site table with lamp as well.

Further two bathrooms with washstand, shower and toilet whereby one of them is also used as pool bath. Enough bed linen and also plenty of bath towels and hand towels for your use.

Boat dock and lift

The way through the garden leads you directly to the boat dock with lift and sun deck where a fantastic cabin cruiser is waiting for you. The YACHT is free and at your sole disposal.

Crownline 270 CR Cruiser

The boat offers enough space for ten people. You can do fantastic boating tours to the most beautiful beaches our area has to offer such as Sanibel Island, and Captiva Island. Here you can stop for a swim, go snorkelling, collect shells, watch the dolphins play in the water or just enjoy the beautiful weather.

The boat is a 27" feet Crownline 270 CR Cruiser model year 2006, with a 425 HP MerCruiser motor.
