The "Villa Bel Air" has a air-conditioned living space of about 225 sqm and was built on a canal plot, offering wonderful views of the water world. It was built in 1969 and remodelled in 2007. Immediate access to the "Yacht Club" with its white sandy beach.

You won't miss a thing in our generous and most wonderful pool area! An outdoor patio set offers enough space for you to invite guests and visitors who might also want to stay for a barbecue fresh from the gas grill.

Those who like to kick back and relax in one of the four sunchairs or use our electrically heated 15 x 30 ft pool are welcome to do so.

In the evenings you can enjoy the fantastic Florida sunsets from the pool terrace with screen - maybe with a cool drink to round up your holiday feeling.

After a day on the boat or beach or in the event of bad weather you may want to spend your time relaxing in the fully equipped billiard room with full view of you favorite movie on the flat screen TV.

In the comfortable living room you find a 42 inch flat screen TV and DVD Player, there is also a cozy corner with two and three seats sofas as well as an armchair. Off the living room is a elegant formal dining room with table, four chairs and Sideboard.

The kitchen is equipped with every comfort you would expect from a modern household. There is a dish washer, an oven and a fridge. Besides cutlery, dishes and glasses there is also a coffee machine with espresso and cappuccino as well as a microwave and toaster.

In extension of the kitchen there is a cozy breakfast corner with view to the pool that invites you to stay.

The master suite has a king size bed, TV and DVD player. It is equipped with a private shower room and abundant closet space. The second bedroom comes with queen size bed, bedroom number three has a double bed and an office nook with computer and fax/printer. From two of the bedrooms you have a great view and access to the pool area.

In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have a phone at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's PC, using the high speed internet free of charge.

Besides, you have two bathrooms as well as a pool bath at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are plenty available, and if it is really necessary you can always use the washing machine and tumble dryer plus the iron.Through the utility room you will get to the 2 car garage

The way through the garden leads you directly to the boat dock with boat lift and sun deck where a fantastic jet boat is waiting for you. The owner put it at your free and sole disposal.

There is a an aditional liability insurance called skipper insurance, you need to have proof of this insurance to be able to use this particular vessel.
