The villa is situated on a plot along a canal, offering access to the Gulf of Mexico, with palm trees and tropical plants on about 1.000 sqm, and a wonderful view to the canal.

The grounds are watered automatically.

The 11 x 5 m pool can be heated by an electrical head pump and the terrace - protected by a screen - offers by 110 sqm enough space for 6 people. You will also find sun chairs and a grill.

A Living room with cable TV and DVD player as well and a stereo system including CD and MC player and a dining room are aolse there.

The kitchen is equipped as follows :

dining area, stove, oven, micro wave, juice pres, coffee machine, blender and a two-door fridge with ice machine. Dishes, glasses and cutlery is availabe in a sufficient quantity.

There is a telephone in the house, fax machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer and an iron. A high speed web connection for your laptop is also present and free of charge.

The living space makes 145 sqm and contains three bedrooms with dressing room. Two rooms have a direct access to the pool.
Two bathrooms and two separate toilets. There are enough bedlinens, towels, bath and beach towels.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and every room has a fan.
The double garage works by remote control. Here you will find four bicycles too.

From this villa you have a fast direct acces to the river and/or to the gulf of Mexico
without lock and bridges.

The boat dock offers you the possibility of enjoying sunbathing or the fantastic sunset, of renting a boat, or perhaps you want to pull a big fish ashore? We can arrange for a boat if you want.
