This beautiful Villa was built in 1997 and extensively renovated and updated in 2003. Surrounded by tropical landscaping and located in the southwest area on a wide gulf access canal with western exposure.

The oversized patio/pool area is absolutely stunning, it is a great place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the exclusive settings at this luxurious vacation retreat.

The lagoon style pool has a so called dissa-pearing edge, which gives you the illusion the water from the pool overflows into the canal behind the house.

At the patio you will find two cozy seating areas with two tables, six chairs, sofa, and plenty of lounge chairs.

The pool (10 x 5m) can be heated through an electric heat pump.

There is also a full size spa/whirlpool for up to six persons, with therapie jets for your enjoyment.

A pool fence to parental control are there also.

with cocktail bar, located right by the pool, the kitchen contains barbeque-grill and refrigerator you can enjoy it as bar or for all your outdoor cooking.

This exclusive villa has a air-conditioned living area of 380 qm, 4 bedrooms, a full size pool bath, 3 bathrooms, living room with electric fireplace,107 cm flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system and is comfortably set up for up to 8 persons.

In the upstairs galley is another cozy seating area, you can almost call it a second living room with access to the large sundeck.

The designer kitchen is a gourmet dream, it contains everything you could think of, side by side refrigerator with ice maker/crusher, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine etc. even a wine cooler and a nice seating area.

The exclusive formal dining room gives you the perfect settings for high end or casual entertaining.

The 1st floor contains two bedrooms including the master suite with king size bed and access to the pool area.

Tropical settings in the oversized master bathroom with double sinks, big walk in shower, whirlpool tub and separate toilet.

The second bedroom on the 1st floor has a queen size bed and his own bathroom.

The bathroom is equipped with bath tub framed by columns and a crystal chandelier.

Trough the staircase you get to the 2nd floor to the other two bedrooms, both very nice decorated with island style furniture; each bedroom has its own walk in closet.
