"Villa River View" was built in 1990,
renovated in 2009 and furnished in January 2010. It
is located on a 12.500 sq ft plot with a fantastic view of the Caloosahatchee
River.
The charming, fully air-conditioned house is located in a garden surrounded
by tropical plants. It offers you about 2100 sq ft of living space and
1250 sq ft in the pool and terrace area.
A part of the terrace is covered by a roof
and equipped with 4 lounge chairs and a oval table with 6 chairs. There
is although a bar on the lanai for entertainment.
You can enjoy the sun all day long, from sunrise to sunset, in the pool
area as well as in the wonderful garden.
A gas BBQ grill is waiting for you to use. The 28 x 14 ft large Pool is
heated with an electric heat pump.
The furnishing is very unique and sophisticated. The villa is big enough for two to six persons, presenting 2100 sq ft of living space includes living and family room design, a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool bath, plus a utility room, and in addition a 2 car garage.
There is a sofa, two glass tables and a desk for your laptop in the Living Room behind the entry area with adjacent dining-room.
From both rooms and from the master Bedroom you can access the terrace directly. You have a wonderful view from these areas.
In the roomy family room equipped with technical devices such as flat screen TV, DVD- /CD-Player and stereo device, there is yet another cosy corner seating area.
In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have a phone at your disposal. Or you can just send an e-mail from your laptop, for using the high speed internet is free of charge.
The master bedroom with direct access to the terrace has a King size bed, flat screen TV, two night tables with light, two seat, a chair and a walk-in closet and is designed with a carpet.
This bright, carpeted bedroom also leads directly onto the pool terrace. There are a king size bed, a side table with lamp, a dresser with flat screen TV and an ample built-in closet. Through large slider windows looking you can see the pool, palm trees and the river
THE THIRD BEDROOM
This carpeted bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, also with the quality pillows & bed-linens. There are bed-side tables with lamps, a chair and a large built-in closet.
The house also has a second bathroom with vanity sink, shower bath tub and toilet. There is also a pool bath not accessible from the inside.
A hair dryer is also available in this bathroom.
In the separate utility room is a washer,
dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaners and sink.
Towels, bath-towels and bed linen are sufficiently present.
