The fully air-conditioned villa Boca Raton was finished in August 2002 and renovated in 2007. Situated in a quiet, very beautiful neighbourhood of Cape Coral, close to the so-called "Rosegarden", it lies directly at a canal and has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. It has a living space of 230 sqm and offers space for 6-8 people.

Most of your time you will spend in the generous pool area. Take one of the many lounge-chairs we have for you sun bath and then hop into the very big, solar/electrically combined heated, pool of 12 x 5 m. The swimming pool is automatic salt water sanitized. Great for our youngest and all people with sensitive skin.

The terrace area is roofed,
and here you find another table with six chairs.

The highlight here is yet the so-called
"summer kitchen".

This outdoor kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, sink and a Weber BBQ gas grill. Take a seat at the counter with stools and enjoy whatever you have grilled or have a cool drink.

The equipment of the villa is just fantastic:
Inside you will find a fully equipped white varnishing kitchen with granite worktop including all electrical devices and household appliances.
Of course we do also have sufficient glasses, dishes, and cutlery and so on.

The kitchen is open towards the living area and has a counter with stools.

The attractive breakfast corner with four comfortable wicker chairs and a glass table is situated in an oriel with view to the terrace and the canal.

The living room with view to the pool area presents an inviting leather couch. Integrated in the wall is a cupboard where a big TV set is with a screen size of 110 cm.

Furthermore you will find this:
Cable TV set, DVD-player and a luxury HIFI device with reference speakers - from here you can also control all speakers in the pool area.

Our dining room has a glass table with six chairs.

Our villa has three bedrooms with following wardrobes. In one of these bedrooms we have a king size bed, both others have a queen size bed each.

The master bedroom offers view and accesses to the terrace and so does another bedroom on the opposite side. All three bedrooms have a TV set and DVD-players.

The villa has two bath rooms with shower or bath tube and toilet as well as a sufficient number of towels and bed linen for a change. We also have a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Furthermore we have an office room with an elegant desk plus chair, chest and a - so-called - day bed. By the extendable further single mattress this becomes a two beds in the size of a single bed each.

Be surprised by the beautiful decoration of this villa!

In the office you will find telephone, fax machine and TV. There is also a PC with printer and free high speed internet access over LAN modem and a 220-V power supply.

With just a few turns the study room can transformed in a further bedroom. The comfortable bed sofa is of course for children a good match.

Part of the equipment is also:

Iron and ironing board, blow dryer, water cooker, cutlery, pans, micro wave, dish washer, fridge with ice-maker, toaster for four slices of bread, coffee machine, telephone and fax and much more.

Just next to the outer space is our boat's dock where you will find our sport boat

There is an additional liability insurance called skipper insurance, you need to have proof of this insurance to be able to use this particular vessel. The owner points out that this sport boat, due to the design and consideration for other guests, can not be used for fishing.
