This beautiful waterfront residence is truly outstanding because of its stunning location on a 350 feet wide saltwater canal in Cape Corals Yacht Club.The house was completely updated and renovated in 2006. The open waters can be reached by boat in a few minutes, wild Dolphins and Manatees love this basin and are regular guests, with some luck you can watch them play from your backyard.

Behind the house situated on the patio area is the aprox. 9 x 5 m pool with heatpump. You find 3 tables with 17 chairs, a hammock, sun-umbrellas, gas grill and plenty of chaise lounges on the patio and boatdock for your enjoyment.

The house has aprox. 220 qm airconditioned living area, four bedrooms, large living room, dining room, two bathrooms and an open kitchen provides plenty of room for up to 8 people. From almost all the rooms you have breathtaking views over pool and patio and tropical garden down to the water.

In the living room you find comfortable 3 and 2 seater sofas, a big sceen tv with surround sound system, dvd with plug in for digital camera and a great variety of new movies.

The kitchen contains everything you can think of, along with side by side refrigerator/ icemaker, range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffemaker etc.

High speed internet access and a computer is also provided free of charge, so you can check your emails, surf the internet or work online as long as you would like at no extra cost to you, as well as fax and telephone.

The master suite has a king size bed and TV / CD- / DVD player. The master bathroom contains dual sinks, whirlpool jetted tub, and a walk in shower.

The three other bedrooms, two with queen size beds and the third with two twin size beds along with a bathroom, shower,sink toilett etc.

Washer, dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc, everything that you might need is provided, plenty of towels, hairdryers, etc.

The oversized boatdock with lift overlooking the "Lagoon" will provide waterfront living at its best. Here you can sunbathe, fire up the grill, fish, or just relax in your hammock watching the absolutly breathtaking sunsets.

From here you will start exploring the tropical waterways, islands and beaches of Florida with your own boat that will also be provided to you free of charge.

Beside the swimming pool we also have some fitness equipment and a table foosball for you.

Boatdock and lift

The way through the garden leads you directly to the boat dock with lift and sun deck where a SeaRay "Weekender 245" is waiting for you. The boat is free and at your sole disposal.
