This beautiful home "Villa Angelina" is central heat- and air-conditioned and was build and

completed in February 2004. It sets on an approx. 1000 sqm off-water lot. The house itself is situated south east on the property in a very quiet neighborhood in the preferred area "Rosegarden" of Cape Coral.

Villa Angelina consists of approx. 220 sqm. living space and a 120 sqm large pool area with an 8x 4 m, electrical heated pool. Many extras are available at this home, such as: Each room is individually decorated with a personal note and lots of love.
The floors are layed out in a light colored ceramic stone.
A large cable TV with 50 different channels VCR and DVD player, a stereo unit including a CD-player; an security system as well as a telephone fax and answering set.

A table with 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a gas grill are set up at the pool area for your convenience. Two bikes are waiting for you in the double garage. Furthermore are present an alarm system.

Master-size bedroom with king-size bed and walk-in closets; another bedroom with queen-size bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin-size beds; two bathrooms one with a whirlpool; office, another room with TV also ideal for relaxing and reading; a large livingroom with a separate eating area and an open aired kitchen. This home is ideal for 2 - 6 people.


An ample supply of bedding, sheets, beach towels, regular towels and 2 hair dryers are available.


A washer and dryer as well as an iron- board with iron are set up in a separate room.

In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have there in the office telephone and fax at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's PC, for using the high speed internet is free of charge.
