This beautiful, massively built villa was finished in 2005 with 2259 sq ft living space under air and lies on an 11060 sq ft canal plot. The house is of course fully air-conditioned plus fans in all rooms.

After the owner changed in 2008 the pool and terrace were newly build and the villa was renovated and very tasteful equipped with new furniture. The villa really leaves no open wishes and it offers enough space for up to ten persons.

This outdoor area is always the focal point of enjoyment. The aqua-tiled Swimming Pool (32 x 16 ft or 9,80 by 4,90 meters) & its separate Jet-Jacuzzi (80 inch or 2,03 meters) are deep and spacious. The Terrace is surrounded with bushes to ensure maximum privacy. Ping pong table and pool volleyball net are also available.

A special feature is that the pool water is salted, not chlorinated. Without the odor of chlorine, this is a much healthier & more pleasant experience. Your swim will feel totally delicious!

The electric water-heating system ensures just the right temperature. In the evenings the lights in the Pool & Jacuzzi make swimming that much more pleasurable, and dining or sitting around the Pool equally relaxing and pleasant.

The screened-in Lanai/Pool/Terrace area is an extra- large 1674 sq ft. There are six sun/lounge-chairs with coffee tables. A Weber Gas BBQ grill can provide all the pleasures of outdoor cooking.

In addition there are two outdoor dining table with four chairs each under cover on the Terrace, immediately outside the Living Room, with ceiling fan and lights.

The seating arrangement in the Living Room could not be more comfortable, with each soft, over-stuffed sofa and chaise lounge chair, accommodating 6 persons. This area is tastefully furnished in a modern style.

In the Entertainment Center there is a 50 inch flat screen TV, code free DVD Player, combined with a AM/FM Radio & 5 Discs CD/DVD with I-pod dock and Home Theatre System with Dolby surround wireless satellite speakers. A ceiling fan with lights is above the seating area.

The Kitchen is modern and well-designed to give easy access to the twin-door refrigerator (door has ice-dispenser), the four-burner stove & oven, the microwave, dishwasher & sink. There is plenty of table-top space, cupboard room, and a raised surround-shelf 'Bar', with four bar stools.

There is ample room for the toaster, coffee machine, etc. on the counter-top; and more than adequate cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, plates, etc.

A food-pantry closet is next to the kitchen. The kitchen area is conveniently situated next to the indoor dining table, with seating for six to eight (when table is extended), as well as to the breakfast corner with seating for four and a few steps away from the pool terrace.

The bedrooms

The villa has four bedrooms with following wardrobes plus a den with a sleeping sofa for two additional persons.

In the Master Bedroom there is a king-sized bed with pillows & bed-linens for your sleeping comfort and a flat-screen TV with code free DVD player on the dresser with nine drawers below as well as a walk-in closet. Attached on the ceiling is a fan with lights, in addition to table lamps on the two side-tables. There are too private doors which open directly out onto the beautiful Pool Terrace.

The master bathroom of the house is equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub and also a double shower area, double sink with an overall mirror and a separate toilet as well. You will find sufficient hand and bath towels, a hair dryer as well as enough bed linen.

THE SECOND BEDROOM

This carpeted Bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, also with the highest quality pillows & bed-linens. There are two bed-side tables, lamps, a flat screen TV and a large built-in closet. There is also a ceiling fan with lights.

This Bedroom also has a window which looks out to directly on to the pool terrace.

An extra-large shower bathroom is just three steps away from this bedroom, with a wall-mirror, vanity and washbasin. A hair dryer is also available in this bathroom.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds as well. There is also a bed-side table, a lamp and a ceiling fan with lights in each bedroom as well as built-in closet.

For these bedrooms there are a bathroom as well with shower / tub, sink and toilet. In all bathrooms you will find enough hand and beach towels as well as a hair dryer. All bedrooms have sufficient bed linen for a change.

The fifth room is furnished with a - so-called - day bed. By the extendable further single mattress this becomes a double bed in the size of a king size bed.
In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have there a telephone at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's PC, for using the high speed WLAN internet is free of charge.

Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board as well as vacuum cleaner are also available.

The boat dock offers you the possibility of enjoying sunbathing or the fantastic sunset, of renting a boat, or perhaps you want to pull a big fish ashore?
