Style built Villa Beach Tower was finished in 2007 on a 16000
sq feet plot and it has been renovated and new furnished
as lovely decorated in 2011. It has about 2600 sq feet
living space - fully air-conditioned - and a very nice 1500 sq feet outdoor
space including pool and Spa. |

| The 3 car garage can
be accessed via a Circel Driveway. In the driveway there is also a dolphin
fountain, which can be illuminated at night. |

| This outdoor area
is always the most focal point of enjoyment. The Pool (33 by 13 feet or
10,00 by 4,00 meters) and its separate Jet-Jacuzzi (80 inch or 2,03 meters)
are deep and spacious. Two water-spouting dolphins and two statues give
the pool area, an Italian flair. |

| The pool and spa
are equipped with two pool heater, a solar system
and an electrical heat pump. The heat pump allows
holding the water temperature exact of the desired number of degrees. In
the evenings the lights in the Pool & Jacuzzi make swimming that much more
pleasurable, and dining or sitting around the Pool equally relaxing and
pleasant. Pool lighting and Spa can be controlled via remote control.

Another Feature
of this villa is a special water treatment plant.
It uses no liquid chlorine, but the salt plant produces chlorine gas,, which
will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed. As a result,
the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation
in general. Especially people who have allergies to chlorine should not
have problems with the pool water. |

In the outdoor kitchen with
sink and beverage refrigerator, is also, for evening barbecues,
an integrated gas grill.
The Gas BBQ grill can provide all the pleasures of outdoor
cooking, American style: there is an abundant supply of steaks, chicken,
spare ribs & fish in the local supermarkets, located just a few minutes
away. |

The covered patio area is divided
into two seating areas. In front of the living room and next to the outdoor
kitchen is a very comfortable sitting area with table and wicker chairs.
In front of the second bedroom with pool access, there is another seating
area with coffee table, two chairs and a foot rest. |

| The most secluded
terrace is surrounded with tropical bushes, providing a maximum of privacy.
As another high light there is a fireplace table with 4 comfortable chairs
and for sun bathing are also 4 sun loungers available. |

| The furnishing is
very individual and of high quality. At 2600 sq feet living space divided
into living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, four
bedrooms and three bathrooms, billiards room provides this exceptional villa
sleeps for up to 8 people. |

| The elegant, granite-tiled,
living room, dining room and kitchen are part of the modern open floor plan.
All areas look out to the pool, jet-Jacuzzi, pool terrace, palms and
waterfront. |

| The living room with
fireplace wall is very tastefully decorated in Florida style. The seats
could not be more comfortable, the soft padded leather seating sofa offers
space for 8 people. A ceiling fan with light was installed in the center,
above the seating area. The step up ceiling is set by a skillful indirect
lighting in the right light. |

| At the Entertainment
Center are a 51" flat-screen TV with DVD player and cable connection
and surround sound system 5.1 as well as a stereo device,
cellular phone and provider voice mail box plus free wireless Internet
access for your laptop. |

| The Kitchen is modern
and well-designed to give easy access to the twin-door refrigerator (door
has ice-dispenser), the four-burner stove & oven, the microwave, two drawer
dishwasher & sink. All electrical appliances made by KITCHEN AID;
the world prestigious brand. |

On the Galaxy granite there is plenty of
table-top space and storage space in the cabinets too. The raised kitchen
counter with three bar stools invites for a quick snack.

for the toaster, Mr. Coffee machine, tea pot, blender, juicer etc. on the
counter-top; and more than adequate cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, plates,
can and bottle opener, etc. Just everything that belongs to a gourmet kitchen. |

is thought out very well, near the dining room and just steps from pool
and terrace away. From there you can look directly over the pool, Spa and
the beautiful garden planting. |

Furthermore, there are recreational
activities and as a further highlight of the house, a pool
table available.
This room is on the left hand site of the entrance, next to the living room
connected open bay room, overlooking front garden and driveway. |

your sleeping comfort, two night stands, flat

with lamps and direct access to the pool as well.

The side door from the Garage leads into a hallway with a storage
closet & Utility Room with a clothes washer & a
tumble dryer. There is an ironing board, an
