Villa Alago was built
in 2000 and completely renovated in 2008. Nestled within a large tropical
garden with beautiful trees, it is situated on a canal next to the Four
Miles Cove reserve, in a lovely, peaceful residential area. The property
is over 1000 sqm in size.
Pool and Patio area:
The by electrical heat pump heated pool,
size 13 x 3,6 m and spa are protected by an approximately 150 sqm screen
enclosure where a patio table with six chairs, four sunchairs and a gas
BBQ grill await you. There is ample room for all the guests to relax and
enjoy themselves, without feeling crowded.
You will enjoy the first sunshine
whilst eating breakfast at the poolside, and in the evenings you can enjoy
a hearty barbeque in the tastefully lighted pool area, and watch the breathtaking
sunsets reflected on the canal.
What
better place to enjoy the afternoon sun or an evening drink than the private
boat and sundeck directly on the canal?
The pool and dock lights set the stage for relaxing, romantic evenings outside.
The modern house
décor is bright and cheerful, and within minutes you will feel completely
at home.
In the 200 sqm living
area there is a family and living room equipped with large, comfortable
sofas from which you can enjoy watching the 50 inch flat screen cable television,
watch a movie or listen to music on the DVD player or, listen to the local
radio stations on the modern stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with
a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster,
and the choice of either a european capsule or an american filter coffee
machine. Cutlery and crokery is abundant.
Villa Alago also offers a breakfast
bar and dining area, an office with a sofa bed, and three cosy bedrooms,
each with a separate bathroom. The master bathroom has a separate bath and
shower, the other two bathrooms have showers. You will find a washing machine,
dryer and ironing facilities in a separate laundry, and there is a garage
with room for two cars. For the small guests, there is a baby bed and a
high chair available. The house is fully air-conditioned and completely
furnished.
For communication,
you can use the phone in the separate Office or send an email from
the Villa's PC with free LAN/WLAN high speed Internet access.
Here is also a soccer table available.
Two of the bedrooms
are furnished with a king-size bed, the third bedroom has a queen-size bed.
All three bedrooms have sufficient bed linen, towels and hangers, and of
course each bathroom has a hair dryer.
To help you pass your
time, there is a ping pong table which can easily be set up in the garage
or the pool area, or for the less active guests there is a fishing rod available.
For outings to the beach there are four beach chairs, beach towels, a sun-umbrella
and a cooler available..

river is just a short ride away on the spacious Rinker motorboat. Cruising
on the canals, surrounded by tropical plants and accompanied by native birds,
dolphins and if you are lucky manatees, you will quickly reach the Golf
of Mexico, which brings you to the many beautiful islands with gorgeous
beaches.

You will be instructed
by a professional captain on the handling of the boat, the rules and safety

There is an additional liability insurance called skipper
insurance, you need to have proof of this insurance to be able to
use this particular vessel.
