The Villa Mango Bay, built in 2001 comes
with all the comfort you would expect, including air conditioning.
Located in the prestigous Rose Garden/Tarpon
Point area, on a wide saltwater canal the villa has its own boat and
sun dock for your private use.
In only a few minutes you will get to the Caloosahatchee-River with the motorboat belonging to the house.
The beautiful pool (9 m
x 5 m), comes with electric heater and spa/whirlpool.
The oversized patio,
overlooking the tropical waterways will be one of your favorite spots,
with plenty of patio furniture and a barbecue grill.
The tropical garden is on an automatic sprinkler system, and maintained by a lawnservice.
The household is generously
equipped for 6 people.
There is nothing we don't have! In our big living room with technical
equipment such as a cable TV, VCR and CD-player etc. there is also a cozy
sitting area.
Just next to this is the kitchen and the dining area.
Off the kitchen there is a dining area and a breakfast bar.
The kitchen contains everything you would need, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, coffeemaker, toaster, mixer etc.
All the bedrooms have walk in closets, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom a queen size, and the third bedroom a twin bed/sofa combo that expands to a king size bed if needed.
In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have there a telephone at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's PC, for using the high speed internet is free of charge.
Besides,
there are two bathrooms
with all amenities.
A separate utility room contains washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Hand and bath towels are also available as well as bed linen and hair dryers.

Just next to the outer space is our boat's dock where you will find a boat, make Sea-Ray of 23' 6" feet and 260 horsepower that you can use for free.
