or Publix by car. It takes about 20 minutes with the boat from your own

a typical american style is located on a 12,900 sq.ft. area with tropical
palmtree`s in front and backyard of the mansion. The elegant patio furniture
turns the poolarea into an oasis of recreation and wellness. You will
have much fun in the 29 x 14 feet sized pool while you are playing waterbasketball.

there are 6 sunlounger available. The 1,100 sq.ft. poolarea is completely
protected by a screen. To enjoy excellent steaks you can use the original
Weber gas grill that is located at the pool area. |

non smoking villa with its two masterbedrooms and additional two bed-rooms
has enough space for 8 persons. Sitting in the great room with cathedral
ceiling you enjoy the luxury view over the poolarea down to the saltwater
canal, the boatdock and next to you the 58 inch flat screen TV. |

The great kitchen in typical american style
has plenty of space and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Refrigerator
with icemaker, oven with ceramic top stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster,
sandwichmaker, electric kettle, juice squeezer and coffee maker.

For your entertainment
you can use 6 flat screen TV`s, 3 DVD players and a Notebook which has high
speed Wlan Internet access for free. |

| A special highlight
in this villa is the entertainment room. You can play billard on an original
pool table and dart on an arcade. As well you have a joice of several books
and games like Monopoly and others. In the garage there is also a ping pong
table with accessories available. |

Very luxury is the great masterbedroom with
exclusive furniture and private masterbathroom who has a nice big whirlpool,
shower and a seperate water closet. You have direct access from this bedroom
to the poolarea. To be always well informed there is a 42 inch flat screen
TV with DVD player in front of your kingsize bed.
