| The bungalow - finished
in 1996 - lies in Cape Coral on a 1500 sqm plot at a canal and has
190 sqm living space and 130 sqm terrace with pool and sun
area. There were renovations, and refurnishing
in 2009 and 2011. The
pictures and virtual tours were made in January
2012. |

The terrace area is fitted with a screen
and offers a wonderful view of the channel. There is a big, 4,50 x 9,00
m or 15 x 30 foot pool, which can be heated using an solar system. In
the pool area are also enough furniture to make you comfortable; for example,
6 lounge chairs, a table, and chairs for 6 people and, of course, a BBQ
gas grill.

corner, separate room for washing machine and tumble dryer, a garage, solarheated
pool, and a terrace with sufficient furnitures. |

| The house
is, of course, fully air-conditioned and there is a TV-set, a stereo device
with CD-/ und Cassetten Player as well as a telephone and a fax machine.

| We have all kitchen
appliances like dish washer, microwave, fridge with ice maker, sufficient
cutlery, glasses, dishes and so on. |

From the master bedroom you
have direct access to the pool area. In here you will find a big king
size bed, two nightstands with lamps, dresser, desk as well as a wicker
chair and a matching wardrobe. Baby bed, Bed linen, a computer with
LAN/WLAN web connection is also present and free of charge.

a queen-size bed, two nightstands with lamps as well as a wicker chair.
This bedrooms also have a walk-in closet and ceiling fan.

We have sufficient hand and beach towels as well as bed linens for you to
use.
