This villa was finished in 2000, and it
has been beautifully decorated. It
has about 162 sqm living space - fully air-conditioned - and a very nice
140 sqm outdoor space including by a solar system heated pool and by a
electrical head pump heated whirlpool as well. The
villa lies on a canal in an idyllic and quiet area. From here it is only
a few minutes to several Golf & Country Clubs.

The pool area, with pool
and separate whirlpool, has enough furniture to make you feel comfortable;
for example, 4 lounge chairs, a table for six people and, of course, a
grill.

| The household is
generously equipped for 6 people. There is nothing we don't have! In our
living room, with electronic equipment such as cable TV, Video, DVD player
and HIFI -system with iPod docking station as well as a CD-player, all in
a built-in entertainment wall. |

The cozy, beautifully
furnished living room, with a two and three seats sofa and a glass table
in the center, offers the chance to watch television comfortably.
Using a laptop computer you can also watch, via Internet TV, news, magazines
and movies on the flat screen TV, also in your native language. USB and
HDMI cable is available.
The entire living area is laid out with white ceramic tiles. |

The kitchen offers
all appliances that make work easier, including a dish washer, oven, microwave
and a combined fridge and deep freezer with ice-maker.
There is, of course, everything you need for cooking and all cutlery, a
coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle and so on. |

The dining room
has a glass table with six chairs, all fitting well with the living room
furnishings.
From here you have a wonderful view to the pool and the canal.
Of course, a telephone is also available.
A LAN/WLAN web connection for your own laptop is also present
and free of charge. |

From our master bedroom you have a direct
access to the pool. In here you will find a big king size bed and a large
wardrobe.
Furthermore, there is a flat screen television
on the dresser.
Next door is the well-lit master bathroom with a shower and double sinks.

| Both other bedrooms
are nicely furnished and equipped with a queen size bed. These bedrooms
share a bathroom, which has double sinks and a shower. From here you also
have direct access to the pool area. We have plenty of hand and beach towels
for you to use. |

In the garage you will find 2 bicycles for
your disposal. Next to the garage is our utility room with washing machine
and tumble dryer.

In addition, the house has
a boat dock / sun platform which is built into the sea wall. So
the possibility exists to rent a boat.
Besides sun bathing and boating here,
you can also pull fish ashore and prepare them on the internal grill.
