"Villa Evelyn" was built in a very fine neighborhood of Cape Coral and has a direct access to the Gulf of Mexico it was built in 1996 and renovated in 2007 and in December 2011 completely refurnished. The house presents itself in a beautiful architecture and offers all possible comfort, including air-conditioning.

2 tables and a lot of chairs as well as the
BBQ Gas Grill invites you to stay and relax.

The well-shaped pool is 19 x 36 foot and heated with electrical head pump.

There is also a separate pool bath in the terrace area with shower, toilet and sink.

The modern villa has 3 bedrooms (2 Master suits), 2 bathrooms, 1 pool bath, a living room, a big kitchen and dining room and a garage. From most rooms in the house you can enjoy a beautiful view to the pool and the canal.

The cozy living room with new seating area, which can be transformed by the two stools to a large deck area, there is also a top class 3D in Full HD, LED 55 "(138 cm) Samsung LED SMART TV, Series 7000, with a Samsung Blue RAY Player and Sony Surround Sound system 5.1 plus two 3D glasses. Furthermore, a modern dining room with table and chairs for 6 people is in this great living area.

The big and still pleasant kitchen is equipped with all kinds of electrical appliances as well as cutlery, dishes, glasses and cooking facilities.

Here is also a high table with two chairs for quick snacks.

THE MASTER BEDROOM I
This bedroom with direct access to the pool area has a king size bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, a mirror, drawer cabinet, a 46" (116 cm) Samsung LCD Flat screen TV plus a chair and a walk-in closet.

Directly adjacent is the master bathroom.

It has a bathtub, a walk-in shower, double sink, a toilet, as well as a large wall mirror.

THE MASTER BEDROOM II
This bedroom has also direct access to the pool area and a king size bed as well, 2 nightstands with lamps, a mirror, drawer cabinet, a 46" (116 cm) Samsung LCD Flat screen TV plus a chair and a walk-in closet.

Directly adjacent is the second master bathroom. It is also equipped with bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink, toilet, as well as a large wall mirror.

This bathroom is also accessible from the third bedroom. There are bed linens, hand and bath towels in a sufficient quantity. You can use the utilities for doing the laundry including ironing work.

THE THIRD BEDROOM

This room has 2 single beds, one nightstand with lamp, a side cabinet and a desk with flat screen monitor for TV & PC use as well as a chair. In addition to the central air conditioning, all bedrooms have ceiling fans installed.

In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have there a telephone at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's PC, for using the WLAN high speed internet is free of charge.

The double garage offers space for 2 cars and you may also use our 2 bicycles.

Bowrider - Larson LXI 228

On the backside of the house is a private boat dock with lift and boat.

The Larson LXI 228, model 2008, with a length of 22,6 feet and 225 hp/ 4,3 L.Volvo Penta Engine. The usage of the boat is free of charge.

The boat has a stereo system, ladder at swim platform, shower, depth finder, as well as a bimini top.

There is an additional liability insurance called skipper insurance,
you need to have proof of this insurance to be able to use this particular vessel.
