Villa Dolphin Dreams was built in 1996 (2006 reconditioned) on a tropically planted, 1200 sqm big plot. It lies along one of Cape Coral's canals with GULF ACCES in the South East and has its own landing stage.

With about 200 sqm living space the air-conditioned villa offers enough space for six persons.
The terrace has got a screen, the pool is electrical-heated. There are more than enough chairs and a table as well as deck chairs and a grill for your holiday adventures.

In our cosy living room we have a TV set, DVD-/ CD-player and a stereo system at your disposal.

	Beside a kitchen the house are equipped with a dining-room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

In the big kitchen with a practical counter you will find a dish washer, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and more electrical appliances. There is sufficient cutlery, dishes, pots and glasses.

All bedrooms are equipped with enough bed linen, the bathrooms have sufficient bath and beach towels.

From two of the bedrooms you can enjoy a beautiful view to the wide canal.

Washing machine and tumble dryer as well as iron and ironing board are in a separate room between garage and kitchen.

Of course, we also have a telephone and fax.
A high speed web connection (LAN & WLAN) for your laptop is also present and free of charge.


From the landing stage you can try your abilities as a fisherman or go on a boat's trip with a boat you have to hire separately.
