The interior design commemorates residences in the south of France and small, exquisite Boutique-Hotels. Perfect color harmony in powdery greys and terracotta shades that are carryed out consequently throughout the living area: floorings, upholstery, fabrics, lamp shades, accessoiries, pictures and even the wall paint are matched up to the last detail.

Affectionately selected details make the villa rare and special.

	Elegant custom made silk drapes, handmade braided lampshades and Louis XV-furniture reflecting the a high-end european shabby-chic make the interior concept perfect.

Every single interior item was shipped from Europe. The house has been established in summer 2007. The whole house is equipped with a central HiFi-System. Volume can be adjusted individually room by room. The pooldeck offers four outdoor-speakerst.

Courtyard:

The appr. 110 sq ft courtyard with spanish fountain is the perfect place to entertain your family and guests. High-end wrought iron furniture deliver ultimate comfort for watching the stars until late at night.

The extendable table offers seats for eight, there are also more chairs to complete.

Part of the courtyard is covered so you can also enjoy the evening breeze when it rains.

Pooldeck:

A second outdoor area with appr. 1650 sq ft with absolute privacy encloses the solar heated pool.

On the four lush sunbeds with thick, luxurious cushions relaxation is immediate.

Living and dining area:
The open living and dining area provides a spectacular view onto the illuminated pool. The warm color shades catch the sunlight and deliver evenings full of atmosphere if it is too cold to sit outside. Numerous caring accessories and details make sure that the guest feels at ease.

Kitchen:
The generous, open kitchen with island leaves nothing to be desired. It is located in the center of the house, offering a view as well into the courtyard with its atmospheric fountain as well as to the pool. Dinnerware, glassware as well as kitchen utensils are sufficiently available. An electric outdoor grill is also at the guests' disposal.

The Villa Mediterra offers 2 bedrooms, a den with king size daybed and 3 bathrooms

Master Bedroom:
Connecting wings such as master bed- and bathroom have been wall-painted in elegant shades of greens and beiges. A lavish hideaway for the guest to retreat and relax. The master bedroom offers two seperate walk-in-closets. To receive perfect color harmony the high pigmented wall paint has been specially imported from a small, decent belgian manufacturer.

Guest suite/Cabana:
A seperate guest suite - the Cabana - offers privacy and highest comfort for two guests. Graded shades of powdery greys and blues cover the walls, upholstery, sumptuous drapes and handmade lampshades. This guest house is an oasis of ease and comfort.

Luxurious cherry wood flooring, italian marble in the bathroom with walk-in shower and a king size bed with two seperate mattresses make the wellness experience perfect.

Den with bathroom:
This calm, cosy room is a perfect retreat. Besides, two more guests can sleep here on the extendable sofa. The adjacent bathroom has a tub with integrated shower.

Community and locations nearby
The Reserve at Estero was founded in 2005 and offers a clubhouse with gym, playground, junior-olympic swimmingpool and tennis courts with floodlight.

Within less than 10 miles you will find the three major malls of South-West Florida, Miromar Outletmall (3minutes), the recently opened Coconut Mall offering lots of boutiques, shops, cafés and restaurants with seats under the open sky (5 minutes). Bonita Beach is 10 minutes drive away. For your stay at the beach, beach chairs, umbrella and ice cooler are at your disposal. Numerous Golf Course are nearby.
