Inspired by New Englands beachhouses the Villa Hampton has been designed using one strong color concept: dark navy, white- and beige tones and red as an accent color deliver the real Ralph-Lauren-atmosphere. Floorings, fabrics, upholstery, lighting, accessories, pictures and even the wall paint are perfectly coordinated and well-balanced.

The elegant grey wooden deck (EON-Fibre) borders the ulta-clean designed lap-pool. The extendable outdoor dinner table and eight chairs offer enough space to entertain family and guests.
Wooden furniture in antique white, large, comfortable sofas and lounge chairs in creamy colours and navy, sisal carpets of highest quality, handmade braided lampshades in matching colors, silver and glass storm lamps and original black and white photos from the 20ies and 30ies showing sailers create the perfect Hampton-look. On hot summer days the Travertine floor that was especially imported from Italy, delivers welcome cooling from below.
The generous white dining table offers 6 seatings and a view to the spectacular pooldeck and the lake. The open kitchen also leads towards pool and lake. For a quick snack the kitchen counter is the perfect place to stand at.
The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired: dinnerware, glassware, crystal as well as kitchen utensils are sufficiently available. An electric outdoor grill is also at the guests' disposal.
Powder Bath: Italian mosaic adorn the
flooring of the guest bath downstairs.
The large, airy loft overlooks the roofs of the adjacent houses and the main Clubhouse. This is the perfect retreat for making phone calls or working with your laptop. Black and white photos of ancient ocean liners and race cars as well as affectionate interior accessories make the guest feel completely at home.
Connected wings as Master Bed- and Bathroom at the upper level of the house have been wall-painted using the colors of the sea and the beach and offer ultimate well feeling and comfort.

The bathroom is decorated with a high quality wallpaper from Europe that sets a great contrast to the modern floor tiles.
The Reserve at Estero was founded in 2005 and offers a clubhouse with junior-olympic swimmingpool, gym, playground and tennis courts with floodlight. Within less than 10 miles you will find the three major malls of South-West Florida, Miromar Outletmall (3minutes), the recently opened Coconut Mall offering lots of boutiques, shops, cafés and restaurants with seats under the open sky (5 minutes). Bonita Beach is 10 minutes drive away. For your stay at the beach, beach chairs, umbrella and ice cooler are at your disposal. Numerous Golf Course are nearby.
