Villa Sabrina, built in 1994, was renovated in 2002 and lies on a 1000 sqm plot in a quiet, very sophisticated neighborhood in Cape Coral's south west.
Pictures and virtual tours were made in March 2010.
On the terrace with swimming pool and diana spa (not a Jacuzzi) there is also a grill as well as 4 sun chairs and sufficient other seats.

The living space is 180 sqm and offers three cosy bedrooms, two bathrooms,
a big living room with cable TV, stereo system including CD player
and tape recorder and as well as a spacious dining room.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, electrical can opener, fridge with ice machine, micro wave, stove with oven and dish washer. There are enough dishes and cutlery. Just next to the American kitchen, only separated by a kitchen counter, is a cosy breakfast corner.

In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have, in the fully air-conditioned house a telephone and fax at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's PC, for using the high speed internet is free of charge.

Further more, there is a small room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A garage also belongs to the house.


The bedrooms are very tastefully furnished and decorated. Bed linens are available.
In the bathrooms you will find hand towels and bath towels as well as a hair dryer.


The house which has its own landing stage lies next to a canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. The boat dock offers you the possibility of enjoying sunbathing or the fantastic sunset, of renting a boat, or perhaps you want to pull a big fish ashore?
