Helena, finished in 1994, lies next to a canal in the south west of Cape
Coral and has its own landing stage. The house was built on a 1000 sqm plot
and is surrounded by tropical plants. The fully air-conditioned villa is
held in beautiful white and beige colours. There were renovations,
alterations and refurnishing in 2000, 2007,
2009 and 2011. |

The terrace has a
sun screen. The pool is heated by a electrical head pump and there is a
child safety fence available.
There are six chairs as well as deck chairs and a grill waiting for you
to use them.
The house with 180 sqm living space is climatized and offers enough space
for seven people. |

| The big living room
has a TV set, a VCR and a stereo system. Next to a dining room and a romantic
breakfast corner the house also has an extra room which is ideal for reading,
it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. |

In the kitchen there
is a dish washer, an oven and a fridge. Besides cutlery, dishes and glasses
there is also a coffee machine and a toaster. |

| In order
to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have there a telephone
and fax at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's
PC, for using the LAN/WLAN internet access is free
of charge. |

| The master
bedroom has a kingsize bed following wardrobe. A 47" flat screen TV
was add in Janury 2012, pictures wil follow. Furthermore, there are two
other bedrooms, one with a queensize bed, the other with a queensize bed
and a single bed as well. |

| A bathroom
with a tube and shower belongs to the master bedroom. Another bathroom,
with access to the terrace, is located just next to the two other bed rooms. |

| You
will have a beautiful view to the wide canal from two bedrooms.

All bedrooms are equipped
with bed linen for a change, the bathrooms have plenty of hand and bath
towels.
In a separate room next to the garage are a washing machine and a tumble
dryer, iron and ironing board. Of course, there is also a ping pong table,
2 bicycles, telephone and a fax machine in the house. |
