This beautiful waterfront
residence was built in 2002. The house was completely new furnished
and renovated in 2012.
It has 2260 sq feet air-conditioned living space and a 1500
sq feet terrace with pool.

Behind the house situated on the patio
area is the 30 x 14 foot pool, heated over solar system or by an
electrical heat pump. It has also a swimming pool fence for
parental controls.
You find there a table with 8 chairs,
a BBQ gas grill and plenty of chaise lounges on the patio for your
enjoyment.
For leisure activities are there are a table tennis board, which
can optionally be used in the garage or the pool area, including
three bicycles and two beach chairs are available too.

The house has a large living room, dining
room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, office and an open kitchen provides
plenty of room for up to 6 people.
From almost all the rooms you have breathtaking views over pool and patio
and tropical garden down to the water.

| In the
living room you find a comfortable 3 and 2 seat sofa as well as an arm chair.
Also a 50" flat screen TV, stero system with iPod / iPhone
port, Blue-ray- DVD player with plug in for digital camera
and a great variety of new movies. This plug allows that holiday photos
can be viewed immediately from the camera on the TV. |

| Furthermore there
is an office with a pull out couch to sleep on for two and a desk.
LAN/WLAN internet access and a computer is also provided
free of charge, so you can check your emails, surf the internet or
work online as long as you would like at no extra cost to you, as well as
a telephone, the local calls are also free. |

The kitchen offers all appliances
that save you effort, including dish washer, ceramic cook top, oven, micro
wave and a kombi fridge and deep freezer with ice-maker.
There is of course everything for cooking and all cutleries, coffee machine
and so on. |
The kitchen is open towards the
living area and has a counter with two stools.
The attractive dining room with six comfortable modern chairs and a glass
table is situated in an oriel with view to the terrace and the canal. |

In the Master Bedroom there is a king-sized
bed with the pillows & bed-linens two bedside tables with lamps, a radio
Alarm Clock as a walk-in closet. There are private doors which
open directly out onto the beautiful pool terrace. There is a
42" flat screen TV on a dresser, with drawer space
below. The master bathroom contains double sinks, whirlpool jetted tub,
and a huge walk in shower.

second bedroom has also a comfortable king-sized bed, with
pillows & bed-linen. There are two bedside tables, lamps, radio Alarm Clock,
a dresser with ample drawer space, 42" flat screen TV and
a built-in closet. There is also a ceiling fan with lights. For this bedroom
is another bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. |

| The third
bedroom has two twin beds and a bedside table with lamp, radio Alarm Clock
as well as a desk and a built-in closet. For this bedroom there
is also a bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror and toilet and a hair
dryer. Hand and bath towels are also available as well as bed linen.

For all fittness conscious, standing beside
the swimming pool, three bicycles and table tennis as well as fishing
equipment are available. Furthermore, there is in the room on the left
side of the entrance, a soccer table for the guests of the
house.

A separate utility room contains washer,
dryer, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair and a pool safety
fence for the kids make the house very child friendly.

| From the
seawall out it can be watched how fishes jump in the canal or to catch them
with available fishing gear followed by a relaxing sundowner with a beautiful
sunset over the canal. |
