The villa was built in 1993 and remodelt in 2004 on a 1.000 sqm big plot with beautiful plants around. It lies along a broad canal directly leading to the river and about 10 minutes away from three public golf courts.

At just any time the pool area invites you to relax in the pool itself, on our deck chairs or at the comfortable table. Here you can enjoy the absolute silence. The pool water is weekly checked by a special pool service.
Living and Diningroom:
From the comfortable couch
consisting of a three and a two-piece sofa and thanks to the panorama
sliding doors you have a great view to the pool and the canal which is
illuminated by night.
In the breakfast area you will find a table with six chairs. And in the
living room we have a cable TV set as well as a stereo device with CD
player.
Start your day with a breakfast at the cosy table with six chairs and enjoy the view to the pool and the broad canal.
The generously equipped kitchen is open towards living and dining area. Core of the kitchen and the living / dining area is the inviting counter with two high stools - what a cosy place for a quick snack or a drink.
The kitchen
is equipped with everything you ask from a modern household:
dish washer, oven, ceran stove with cooker hood, micro wave, double door
fridge with integrated water and ice-cube maker, coffee machine and toaster.
We have sufficient glasses, cutlery, dishes and everything else you need
in the kitchen for six persons.
Next to the kitchen is our utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron plus ironing board and laundry basket.
In our master bedroom we have a kingsize bed, night tables and a chest of drawers with mirror as well as folling wardrobe. We also have a cable TV set in here. Next door is a big bathroom with two washbowls, shower, bath tube and separate toilet. Both other bedrooms have a queensize bed each, two night tables and a big wardrobe.
In all bathrooms you will find enough hand and beach towels as well as a blow dryer.
Walking through the garden you will reach the landing stage with electrical lift. It takes 30 minutes with the boat from the house to the river.
Golf fans will appreciate the very close golf courts that is also within shortest driving distance.
