This
holiday home was finished in December 1995. It is built on a 1000 sqm
plot alongside the salt water canal and can be reached directly from the
Gulf of Mexico.
There are high palm trees in the tropical garden, blossoming bushes and
the typical carpetlike Florida grass. This garden is automatically watered.

The house with its 200
sqm living space is an artwork of architecture and offers any kind of
comfort that is important for a restful holiday.
The tasteful furnishings are well chosen: you will find pictures, silk flowers
and many other pleasant details.
The household is generously equipped for 6 people.

| There is really
anything you would wish! We have a huge living room with a sitting area,
TV-set with large screen (45 channels), VCR, a separate dining room and
three comfortable bedrooms for respectively two people. |

| Bathroom, living
room, breakfast area, kitchen and entry are covered with big bright tiles.
In the kitchen there are all kinds of appliances, including dish washer,
oven and stove, fridge and freezer with an extra machine for ice cubes.
Besides, we do have intercom IPOD plug in which means a music and intercom
system in every room. You can listen to the music wherever you are, even
on the terrace. |

What else is in our kitchen? We have a coffee
machine, a toaster and mixer as well as cutlery for enough people, dishes,
glasses, pots, can opener ... and whatever else one would use in the kitchen.
There is also a telephone with fax and answering machine. High speed
internet access and a computer is also provided free
of charge.
In one of the bedrooms we have a mobil phone for your disposal. Just next
to the kitchen there is a cosy breakfast corner (round table with four
chairs) - with view to the pool and the terrace.

| In a separate utility
room we have a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron with board, a vacuum
cleaner and a sink. You will find enough hand and bath towels and bed linen
as well. Furthermore, we have a hair dryer in every bathroom. |

There are two master bedrooms
with dressing area. There is even enough space for an extra bed for a child.
The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed.
All three bedrooms offer a nice and friendly atmosphere. |

| The two master bedrooms do
have a great view to the pool and the canal as well as direct access to
the terrace. In both bathrooms there are double sinks with the shape of
shells that are integrated in a marblelike plate. And this whole space is
covered with a huge mirror with indirect light. There are two separate toilets
in the bathrooms. |

The
best is still to come yet: we have to oversized showers with glass roof
that make you see the Florida sky while taking your shower! In one of the
bathrooms there is an additional corner bath tube.
All bathrooms are furnished in white. |

Another important
part of the house is of course the solar / electrical heated pool. Integrated
in this pool is a table with bank and diana spa.
Furthermore, there is a grill, a big table with 6 chairs and 4 sun chairs
as well as an outdoor shower on the huge terrace at your disposal.
We fixed a special screen on the terrace in order to keep "uninvited visitors"
away.
You can leave your car in the double garage (operated by remote control),
and there are also four bicycles and a kayak for two as well - for those
who want. |

you have a landing stage for
a boat and additional terrace. |
