The Villa River Dream
is a beautiful estate in Cape Coral.

It is built on a 1.100 sqm river plot with a great view of the majestic Caloosahatchee River.

The Villa was totally renovated in 2006. In 2010 and 2011, more construction and renovation activities were tired. It was built a boat dock, kitchen equipped with new electronic equipment and a 3D in Full HD, LED, 55 inch, top class flat screen TV, purchased and more minor things were renovated.

The expansive terrace area offers a lot of space and is a great place to have a water-ball match in the 5 x 10 meter, by an electrical heat pump heated, pool.

If you are hungry afterwards, you can have a barbecue with the grill provided. Or just enjoy the Florida sun in the comfortable deck chairs.

Besides the large terrace, the house on the 250 sqm plot has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and huge living and dining rooms as well as a fully-equipped American kitchen. There is enough space for up to 8 people.

The fully air-conditioned house has a HiFi system with a CD- and MC -player.

Phone and an fax as well as LAN/WLAN web connection for your laptop is also present and free of charge.

On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with a 55" Samsung SMART TV with soundbar HWD 450B and a DVD player. You also have a great view of the pool from this area.

The luxury kitchen is open towards living and dining area. Between the kitchen and living / dining area is a counter with three bar stools - an ideal place for a quick snack or a drink.


In the kitchen you will find everything that a modern household needs: dishwasher, oven, ceramic-top stove, microwave, double-door fridge, coffee machine and toaster. There is a sufficient quantity of dishes and glasses.

The kitchen offers enough space for you to cook a gourmet meal which you can enjoy in the adjacent dining room with table and 6 chairs.

A stairway leads to the second floor. Here you will find the master-bedroom with TV. The master bedroom will really come up to your expectations with its size of about 32 sqm.

From the lanai you will have a wonderful view of the garden and over the river.

The inviting master-bathroom has a shower, bathtub, toilet, and two sinks with an integrated mirror.

There are three more bedrooms on the ground floor. In the following bedroom you will find a queen size bed, a chest with drawers, two bedside tables and a big wardrobe. It also has its own bathroom.

The third bedroom also has a queen size bed, a chest with drawers, TV, bedside tables and wardrobe.

The fourth and last bedroom has two single beds that may be arranged next to each other if you so wish, there are also a chest with drawers, a bedside table and a big wardrobe.

These last two bedrooms share a common bathroom with double washstand and shower/tub. In addition, a separate pool bath is present.

What else is there:

A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron with ironing board, towels, bed linen for changing, hair dryer, fishing rods, telephone and fax machine, and a high speed web connection for your laptop is also present and free of charge

is at your own risk!

In 2010 a boat dock was built and it is now also possible to rent a boat.
