Over the entire house length, the architectural style of the balcony pulls itself in the Zillertaler. It is large and is equipped with sun screen, table and chairs. Here you can enjoy the Sun all day long as was well as on the large terrace which offers also seating and sun loungers.
From here you have a magnificent view of the ski area "Hochzillertal" located exactly on the opposite slope.
At the center of the dwelling is the large lounge. Here the modern kitchen is on one side; it is completely equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric cooker with cerium parboiling field, coffee machine, water digester, toaster, egg digester, table-ware, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans.
The kitchen work is made sweeter by the
fantastic view. If desired the baker will deliver fresh rolls each morning.
There is also a large table with bank and chairs. Sufficient seating for
10-11 persons. Here there is still a place for a child's high chair.
On the other side of the large area is a modern, cosy corner sofa, which
can be converted quickly to a comfortable double bed.
Here on the console stands the LCD-TV, which is equally observable from
the dining table and sofa as well.
The SAT antenna makes the receipt of over one hundred transmitters possible.
A Nintendo Wii console with games, DVD player and DVDs and one small stereo system as well as free of charge LAN/WLAN Internet access for your laptop is likewise present.
Also here you can lean back in your armchair comfortably and enjoy the view of the opposite skiing areas Hochzíllertal and Fuegen.
The dwelling has 3 completely furnished
bedrooms:
1 room with double bed, 1 room with double bed and bunk bed and 1
room with double bed and single bed. Here also still another cradle can
be set up.
The bathroom is roomy. Here are a bath tub, a shower, WC and 2 wash basins. Additionally it gives a second separate WC. Towels and bedlinen are sufficiently present.
For the evening entertainment a Dart game and soccer table in the basement is available.
Here is also an infrared heat cabinet in which 4 persons can find place .
They can relax under the light therapy lighting
with pleasant music from the inserted radio/CD equipment and enjoy the
nice and cosy warmth.
As fitness equipment are still a stepper and an Ergometer at disposal.
The excellent skiing area " Hochzillertal
Kaltenbach - Hochfuegen" is accessible from here with the free ski bus
in approx. 5 minutes, which stops hourly underneath the house.
A cosy restaurant can be reached comfortably by foot.
